3. LED light guide:

The side LED light is refracted through the dot to make the light evenly distributed from the front side, and the light guide plate is the key point for the quality control of the LED panel lamp. The design of the dot is not good, and the overall light effect seen is very poor. Generally, there will be darkness on both sides of the middle, or there may be a bright band at the entrance light, or a partial dark area may be visible, or the brightness may be inconsistent at different angles. A good structural engineer should not only consider the structure of the luminaire and the thermal resistance of the LED, but also consider whether the shape of the luminaire is reasonable, fashionable, novel, and of course reliability, maintainability and practicability. From the perspective of thinking, we must consider the product from the perspective of the user.

The common technology today is to use aluminum substrate for packaging. The chip heat dissipation and light conversion efficiency of the aluminum substrate package have technical core bottlenecks, which cannot effectively control the junction temperature and stably maintain high power light output, and the application will be because the chip has higher luminous efficiency. The larger the area of the aluminum substrate required, the greater the cost and the application volume, which is extremely inconvenient.
